When will my order ship?

  • We are a handmade / made to order shop. The current processing time for each order is 2 weeks however I always try to process orders as fast as possible. C+S is a one woman show (ME!) and I appreciate your patience! 

Do you do custom orders? 

  • Currently I do not accept custom orders. 

Wholesale availability?

  • Please reach out to me for bulk discounts! 

What if my order arrives late or damaged? 

  • C+S is not responsible for USPS delays or issues. However please inform me if your order seems lost, I will gladly help you track down your order. Furthermore, if you package arrives damaged please take photographs of the damage and contact me as soon as possible. A damaged mail claim can be filed through USPS. 

Do you accept returns? 

  • Custom / personalized orders, sale items and gift cards are final sale. Other returns will be considered depending on the issue. Please contact me with any concerns or issues you may have prior to purchase.
    • For a return to be considered:
      • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
        Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery 
    • Item must be undamaged and sellable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will be refunded minus initial shipping costs as soon as the item has been received and inspected by C+S. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges? 

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me. 

Do you ship international? 

  • Yes however, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
